  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Exchange is available for size, style, or item (subject to stock availability).

  • Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable in case of:

    • Damaged or defective products

    • Wrong item sent

    • Product out of stock after order placement

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Used, worn, or damaged products due to customer mishandling
